Awesome Coworking Spaces in Cebu for Digital Nomads

By:Arrah Manticajon|July 11, 2019

As more and more people seek freelancing opportunities or put up their own start-up companies, there has also been more coworking workspaces popping up all around Cebu City. According to the Philippine Star,  real estate services organization Colliers projects that demand for co-working spaces in Manila will increase in the next three years. Colliers also cited Cebu as an attractive second-tier city for co-working facilities. Indeed, the prevalence of these shared spaces is an emerging trend in real estate in the Philippines which is not going away anytime soon.

Instead of working at home or at coffee shops, remote or location-independent workers can turn to these workspaces to get their tasks done. Below are some co-working spaces one can consider going to in Cebu City.

Thanks for promoting Cebu for digital nomads! It’s a great place to work, if you know where.

Note that some details are off that might trip people:

    * Each Workplace Cafe branch has different opening hours. For example Ramos is open 10 AM to 6 AM (Mon-Sat) 12 NN to 6 AM (Sun), and Mandaue is open 8 AM to 4 AM (Mon-Sat) 12 NN to 4 AM (Sun)
    * For The Company it’s good to know that their hot-seat area is only open from 9-7, but if you rent a tiny office there, you’ve 24/7 access. The monthly pass also gets you 24/7 access at IT Park branch.

Hope it helps someone! We try to keep all the info up to date on our page. 🙂
